Reminders and Updates

  • EEL3872 AI Fundamentals does not count for degree requirements.  This course is not taught by the ECE Department; hence, not an ECE course. The course will only count for the AI Fundamentals Certificate.
  • Summer and Fall 23 advising holds will be placed on students' records on January 30, 2023.  We will begin clearing advising holds on February 14, 2023.  Instructions to clear holds will be posted that week. First-Year Students will see their FY advisors clear holds. Second Year to Seniors department advisor will clear your hold.
  • ECE Department Scholarships will open on February 1, 2023.  The link will be posted to the announcement and blog.  The due date is February 28, 2023.
  • EE Probation Planners are due February 9, 2023.  Please upload it to the EE Secure Form Upload
  • Bright Futures Application for Extended Hours of Eligibility; Submit the form to me for signature.  I sign the form for the ECE Department Chair. Please complete Section A: Student Information

 ECE Scholarships application will open on February 1, 2023 ECE Scholarships application will open on February 1, 2023 All students should submit their ECE Department scholarship application on February 28, 2023. The link for the 2023-2024 ECE Department Scholarships will be posted on this web page https://www.ece.ufl.edu/academics/undergraduate/advising/department-scholarship-application/. The 2023-2024 department scholarships are awarded in the Fall 2023 semester. If you are graduating in the spring or summer of 2023, you are ineligible to apply. SCHOLARSHIP PROCESS Scholarships are awarded the following academic year (2022-2023)  from the date of your application.  ECE scholarships are awarded in the fall semester only.
