 ECE Scholarships application will open on February 1, 2023 ECE Scholarships application will open on February 1, 2023 All students should submit their ECE Department scholarship application on February 28, 2023. The link for the 2023-2024 ECE Department Scholarships will be posted on this web page https://www.ece.ufl.edu/academics/undergraduate/advising/department-scholarship-application/. The 2023-2024 department scholarships are awarded in the Fall 2023 semester. If you are graduating in the spring or summer of 2023, you are ineligible to apply. SCHOLARSHIP PROCESS Scholarships are awarded the following academic year (2022-2023)  from the date of your application.  ECE scholarships are awarded in the fall semester only. ECE scholarship applications open early spring semester and close 4 weeks after the deadline.  Students awarded scholarships will be notified by the end of the spring semester.  Scholarship recipients must submit a Thank you letter for funds to be disbursed.  The st

The course will only count for the AI Fundamentals Certificate . Summer and Fall 23 advising holds will be placed on students' records on January 30, 2023.  We will begin clearing advising holds on February 14, 2023.  Instructions to clear holds will be posted that week. First-Year Students will see their FY advisors clear holds. Second Year to Seniors department advisor will clear your hold. Study Abroad Programs: Spring Short-term Programs

Hi Students,   The deadline for our spring short-term programs has been extended to Jan 31 st because I have heard from some of you that you were unable to finish the application last week because you were busy finalizing your spring schedule.  The short-term programs application links and deadlines are listed below:   1. UF in Iceland Renewable Energy and Sustainability (Deadline Jan 31st) 2. UF in London Smart Cities (Deadline Jan 31st) 3. UF in Quito Human Centered Design (Deadline Feb 3 rd )   In addition, the Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering will be awarding scholarships to support students on short-term programs. Generational Relief in Prosthetics (GRiP) is having its Spring GBM next Thursday 01/19 -ROOM CHANGE Communicore Building Room C1-015

 Hi EE Majors The student organization Generational Relief in Prosthetics (GRiP) is having its Spring GBM next Thursday 01/19 in the  Communicore Building Room C1-015  at 6 PM. There will be pizza and an opportunity to see our prosthetic devices firsthand. GRiP is made up of 3D-printed hands and assistive devices, gaming devices, and research design teams. We also have art, outreach, and marketing teams. Every semester we send out new gaming controllers, hands, and task-specific prosthetics to children with limb differences. No experience is necessary to join. If you want to learn skills like CAD and soldering while making a difference in the lives of others, this is the organization for you. Hope to see you Thursday the 19 th  at 6 PM in the  Communicore Building Room C1-015
