**Please submit your EE Core courses syllabi to the Undergraduate Coordinator for evaluation before requesting the advisor's signature. The Undergraduate Coordinator signs Section 2 where the courses are listed.

Internship and Coops
Use this link to complete the online request form for completing an internship/coop for the Spring 2022 semester; https://ufl.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_7ZHewnKCPA9myKW . The deadline date for submission is January 4, 2022
Research
Step One: Find a possible Research opportunity and reach out to a professor/grad student leading the research. (Note: This step is still the same.)
Step Two: Proceed to the EGN 4912 Research Link and fill out the first part of the permission request. https://ufl.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_dd0rwaeRWJI2OoZ (Links to an external site.)
Step Three: Your research advisor will receive and approve or deny your request.
Step Four: You will then be registered for this class by the student services office at the appropriate time.
Step Five: Complete your Research! The deadline date for submission is January 10, 2022

Spring 2022 Graduation Candidates
Please see below for the procedure to graduate this upcoming spring semester. All three steps are important, so please ensure you complete all the steps by the deadlines posted below.
Step One: Complete your Final Grad Check
- Please use this link to complete your final grad check.
- Please complete your FINAL Grad Check by December 30, 2021
Step Two: Complete your Graduation Application
- Log into your One.UF account and submit your degree application.
- For more information, please click here: https://registrar.ufl.edu/services/degree-application.
- Please have this completed no later than January 28, 2022.
Step Three: Complete your ECE Exit Interview (Survey)
- In an effort to get the most honest information the ECE department does not do have exit interviews. Instead, we use an Exit Survey.
- Use this link to complete your Exit Survey
- Complete this Survey by January 28, 2022
All three steps must be completed by the deadlines posted to ensure a smooth graduation process for you. If you have any questions, please reach out to your academic advisor.
