HWCOE Career Coach: Erin Lin 

Erin is an Assistant Director for Integrated Partnerships at the Career Connections Center and acts as the embedded liaison between the C3 and HWCOE. With passions of learning, talent development, and helping students Erin is available to assist engineering students with all things career planning. Career Connections Center Resources 

The C3 offers a wide array of resources to UF students and alumni up to one year after graduating.  

Express Drop-In 

·         15–20-minute meetings with career coaches and ambassadors 

·         Document reviews (resume, cover letter, personal statement), LinkedIn profile reviews, mock interviews, and quick career planning questions 

·         Schedule: Monday and Friday are virtual from 12pm-3pm, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays are in-person from 12pm-3pm 

Career Planning Appointment 

·         30-minute meetings with a career coach to learn and discuss opportunities regarding your career. 

·         You are able to define some goals for yourself and get a better idea of what career options are open to you 

Gator Career Closet 

·         The closet has a large collection of professional clothes, both masculine and feminine, that students are able to use for interviews, career fairs, etc. 

·         Hours of Operation: 9am-4pm Tuesdays and Thursdays 

·         Free professional headshots available on the selected days

·         C3 Lab: Internship Search Basics – 9/7 3-3:30pm (Virtual) 

·         Resumes for First Year Engineers – 9/8 4:05-4:55pm (Virtual) 

·         Campus wide Career Showcase – 9/27-9/30 at the O’Connell Center and virtually on Career Fair Plus 

o    Largest career fair put on by the Career Connections Center that students network with employers from many different industries.

  Hello all, African/African American/African Diaspora in Electrical and Computer Engineering (A3ECE) would like to extend a warm welcome and welcome back to all the new and returning graduate and undergraduate students!
