Welcome to Break Week!!!!! Preparing for Fall Semester

 Good Afternoon EE Majors Here are my hours for this week,  https://ufl.instructure.com/calendar#view_name=month&view_start=2021-08-16 As of next week, we will be using Microsoft Bookings to schedule virtual appointments for the fall semester.  This will free up space on your canvas page calendar.  The link for my booking site will be in three locations 1) Signature box in my email 2) On the ECE Advising page 3) On the ECE FAQ page.  Appointments will be 15 minutes in length. You will receive a reminder email and text. UPDATES   EE COURSE UPDATE As of Spring 2022, EEE3396C and EEE4260C will be dropping their labs moving to 3 credits.  The 4-EEE3396C will be offered in the Fall semester.  EEL3472C will be offered under EEL4930 this fall semester.  The course credit will be 3 credits.  The course will not have a lab attached to the lecture.  The course will still count for the EE Breadth course.  To completed an EE Breadth co...

RE: Clearing Advising Holds

 Good Afternoon EE Majors, If you have not cleared your advising holds for the fall semester not including probation  holds. You must send an email to me by August 15, 2021 with your academic success plan (https://www.ece.ufl.edu/wp-content/uploads/2021/08/Electrical-Engineering-Academic-Success-Plan-final11A.pdf) with your fall and spring schedule.  Many EE and UF courses are full for the fall semester, act quickly. Probation for Fall 2021

 Dear EE Students, If you have a probation holds on your file, please complete your probation contract by August 23rd. Your probation holds will not be removed until I have received your contract with the academic success plan complete for the next 2 semesters. To complete the probation contract, click on this link;  https://ufl.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_ehRJxpfDkWpeSsm . Electrical Engineering Course Updates

  EE COURSE UPDATE As of Spring 2022, EEE3396C and EEE4260C will be dropping their labs moving to 3 credits.  The 4-EEE3396C will be offered in the Fall semester.  EEL3472C will be offered under EEL4930 this fall semester.  The course credit will be 3 credits.  The course will not have a lab attached to the lecture.  The course will still count for the EE Breadth course.  To completed an EE Breadth course, you are required to complete a 1-credit EEL4905 with an ECE Faculty member. This will give you the 4-credits that are needed to meet the EE  Breadth requirements.  The 3-credit course can count as an EE Technical Elective. Fall 2021 Graduating Class for Electrical Engineering- Grad Check Deadline August 16, 2021
